Terms of use

These terms cover use of this website: reading a place, searching dates, creating an account, requesting a stay, and sending a message.

The site lists houses where a room and a workspace are offered together. You choose dates, open a house, and read the room and the rate that house publishes.

Photographs on a house are the ones that house shows on its page.

Sending a request does not confirm the stay. The house confirms or declines. Until it is confirmed, the dates are not yours.

Open days on the calendar can still be declined. A line through a date means that day is not open: a confirmed stay, a day the house is closed, or a request someone else is still finishing.

You can change a request that is still waiting, and you can change a confirmed stay. A change to a confirmed stay is a new request, and the house confirms it again. You can cancel a waiting or confirmed stay from your account. No payment is taken on this form.

The total shown for the days you chose is the rate published for that room at that moment. The daily rate covers the room and the workspace. There is no separate desk fee on this form.

From 7 days, the weekly discount published for that room applies. From 28 days, the monthly discount applies. They do not stack. A longer package, if that house publishes one, replaces the monthly discount for that length.

The quote is stored with the request. No card is taken on this form.

You can read rates without an account. Sending a request needs a sign-in.

Sign in with Google, or with a link sent to an email address you control. You are responsible for the requests sent from that account. Do not share the email link.

The name, phone, country, passport, and date of birth on your account should be yours.

Do not use the site to break the law, to send a request you do not intend, to open another person's account, or to overload the forms.

Notes on a request and messages from Help or Contact should be about the stay.

Descriptions, facilities, and addresses are what that house publishes. A map shows the published address.

Wifi speed, bikes, and other facilities apply only where that house says it offers them.

Help and Contact send a message to the house. A message is not a stay request. The stay is still requested on the house page.

After a confirmed stay ends, you can leave a star rating and a written note from My stays. We may also email you about one day after checkout to ask for that feedback.

If you tick the publication box on the feedback form, you agree that the rating and the text may be shown on the public Nomad Albania website. If you do not tick that box, the feedback is not published on the public site.

The site can be unavailable while it is being updated. A missing page does not create a confirmed stay.

These terms can be updated by changing this page. The version you are reading is dated 17 October 2026. A request already sent keeps the rate quoted on that request.
